Rezart Hoxhaj holds a co-tutorship PhD in Economics of Migration from the University of Bari Aldo Moro and University of Lille I. He is also a CERGE-EI Affiliate fellow and holds a permanent position as a lecturer at the University of Ismail Qemali, Vlora.
His research expertise includes immigrants’ expectations, skilled immigration and foreign direct investment impact on immigration.
